Sawbox
- Heavy duty 48″ wide sawbox mounted on rigid base with linear bearings and ways
- Dual splined hardened solid steel arbors
- The saw sizes and configuration will be optimized per the customers cant diet and production
- Heavy housed arbor bearings with oil mist lubrication system
- 800 HP on arbor
- Horsepower subject to modifications based on final feed speeds. Saw kerf, and saw arrangement, and actual cant parameters
- Linear positioned cylinder for setting the sawbox and for clearance to maintain saws and guides. 8′- 0″ cylinder included
- Guide clamp and lock mechanism is actuated by 120 volt HPU located inside of gang
- Saw guide lube system included with dual banks to shut off top arbor when not in use
- Saw guides not included
