75HP line shaft drive assembly (direct-coupled). Toshiba motor
Fully machined, precision line-shaft bearing mounting plate integral to (trimmer frame)
Rigid couplings for easy belt change and vibration reduction
2 7/16” diameter TG&P shafting
Airlift saw ladders, belt driven
Heavy-duty piloted flange bearings
1 15/16” diameter TG&P saw mandrels
Airlift via Rexroth cushion stroke airlift cylinders
Base mounted air valves and air cylinders plumbed with hydraulic hoses
Filter – regulator on near end, with all air hoses pre-plumbed to trimmer frame plenum pipe
All solenoid valves pre-wired to terminal strips in an electrical junction box on the near end
Configured for 20” diameter saws (reverse cut rotation)
Trimmer frame
Clear-span construction integral large diameter, heavy wall support pipe, runs full length of trimmer (also acts as an air plenum)
Anti-kickback fingers to eliminate thrown blocks
Heavy-duty single pivot holddown shoes with airbags
Flexible vinyl infeed and outfeed flaps
Folding maintenance platform
Integral door and maintenance platform HPU
Optional precision end trim
