Baxley Equipment’s controls group is a team of PLC and MMI programmers with over 100 man years of programming experience. Baxley hardware design engineers have designed hundreds of control systems in operation today.

All control panels are UL listed and designed with “off the shelf” components for long term support and reliability. Baxley specializes in Allen-Bradley Control Logix® systems, but does upgrades and replacement systems for classic and obsolete PLC’s and MMI’s as well.

Motion control projects utilize Allen-Bradley motion modules and Kinetix® servo drives. Special attention is paid to designing systems with built-in diagnostic tools.

Man / machine interface projects use Allen-Bradley PanelView® screens. Baxley View is our own MMI product which can be used for cost effective solutions to complex user interface requirements.

Baxley also has expertise specifying, purchasing and commissioning MCC’s and VFAC drive systems.
